上海弘照健康管理咨询有限公司（Hongzhao Health）立足上海，专注做一件事：帮助在海外生活的华人家庭，把"回国体检、回国看专科"安排得清楚、省心。我们不开展诊疗业务，也不是医院的代理机构——我们提供的是信息、流程与协调。 Shanghai Hongzhao Health Management Consulting Co., Ltd. ("Hongzhao Health") is based in Shanghai and focused on one thing: helping Chinese families living abroad plan health check-ups and specialist visits back in China — clearly and without stress. We don't practise medicine and we are not a hospital's agent. What we provide is information, process and coordination.

团队由保险、大健康与医院运营背景的成员组成，熟悉国内三甲医院国际部与正规体检中心的预约流程、费用结构与陪诊安排，也理解海外家庭最常卡住的几个环节：语言、排期、资料准备和落地接应。 Our team combines backgrounds in insurance, health management and hospital operations. We know how the international departments of major Chinese public hospitals and accredited check-up centres handle bookings, fees and companion services — and we understand where overseas families usually get stuck: language, waiting times, paperwork and what happens after you land.

我们当前主攻"回国体检（含带父母体检）与消化内镜流程规划"，同时协助专科就医的咨询与机构对接。现阶段，我们正与国内三甲医院国际部、正规体检中心网络建立合作关系（建设中）。在合作正式落地之前，我们不会对外宣称任何未经验证的医院关系，也不会使用任何具体医院名称。 Our current focus is health check-up trips back to China (including arranging check-ups for parents) and planning around digestive endoscopy, alongside specialist-visit enquiries and institution matching. We are currently building partnerships with the international departments of major public hospitals and accredited check-up centres (in progress). Until those partnerships are signed, we don't claim any unverified hospital relationship and we don't name specific hospitals.

需求梳理与方向建议Needs assessment & direction 根据你的年龄、时间窗和关注点，帮你理清该找哪一类机构、适合哪一类检查方向，而不是替你决定做不做。 Based on your age, timeline and concerns, we help you identify the right type of institution and the right kind of check-up — we never decide for you whether to do it.
预约与流程协助Booking & process coordination 协助确认可约时间、准备资料清单、对接国际部或体检中心的预约渠道，并提醒你出发前的准备事项。 We help confirm available slots, prepare your document checklist, connect you with the right booking channel, and flag what to do before you travel.
落地接应与陪诊翻译On-site support & interpreter companion 到院当天协助挂号、缴费排队、取药等流程，并可按需安排翻译陪诊。陪诊人员只做翻译和协调，不提供任何医疗意见。 On the day of your visit we help with registration, payment queues and pharmacy, and can arrange an interpreter companion on request. Companions translate and coordinate only — they never give medical opinions.
报告领取协助Report collection support 协助领取并转交检查报告，方便你带回居住国给当地家庭医生查看。报告内容的解读，始终由医生负责。 We help collect and hand over your reports so you can take them back to your own doctor. Interpreting the results is always a doctor's job.

我们不提供What we don't do

不做医疗诊断No diagnosis 不判断病情、不解读影像或化验单、不推荐具体治疗方案或用药。 We don't assess your condition, read your scans or lab results, or recommend treatments or medication.
不承诺任何疗效No promises on outcomes 不承诺治愈率、成功率、排期或费用结果；一切以医院和医生的判断为准。 No cure rates, success rates, guaranteed slots or guaranteed costs. All of that is decided by the hospital and your doctor.
不介入保险理赔与结算No insurance claims or settlement 不代你向保险公司申请理赔、谈判或传递单据；你的保单是否覆盖，请以保险公司或持牌经纪的答复为准。 We don't file, negotiate or forward insurance claims for you. Whether your policy covers treatment is for your insurer or licensed broker to confirm.
不经手医疗费用We never handle your medical payments 医疗费、住院押金等一律由你直接支付给医院官方收费渠道，我们不代收、不代付。 Medical fees and deposits are paid by you directly to the hospital's official billing channels. We never collect or forward them.
不提供具体报价No price quotes before consultation 面诊前不给出打包价或费用下限；可靠的费用预估，只能由医院在医生面诊后以书面形式提供。 We don't quote package prices before a consultation. The only reliable estimate is a written one from the hospital after the doctor has seen you.
不处理急症Not for emergencies 如遇胸痛、呼吸困难、大出血、意识障碍等紧急情况，请立即联系当地急救或前往最近的急诊，不要等待跨境安排。 For chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Don't wait for a cross-border arrangement.

关于收费How we're paid

我们的目标收入模式，是向合作医疗机构收取客源组织服务费（B2B），不以你的医疗费用为收入来源，也不代收医疗款。若未来向客户收取信息或流程协调服务费，会事先书面说明、明码标价并出具收据。正式业务沟通一律使用对公渠道与企业邮箱。 Our intended model is a referral service fee paid by partner institutions (B2B). We do not earn from your medical fees, and we never collect medical payments. If we ever charge clients for information or coordination services, it will be agreed in writing, priced clearly and receipted. All formal communication runs through company channels and our company email.

根据你的需求，推荐合适类型的正规医疗机构并协助确认可约时间。只有在取得你明确同意之后，我们才会把你的信息提供给相关机构。 We suggest suitable types of accredited institutions and help confirm available slots. Your information is shared with an institution only after you give explicit consent.

到院陪诊与报告协助Visit support

到院当天协助流程与翻译陪诊，离院前协助领取报告。后续如需跟进，我们协助你与医院保持沟通。 On the visit day we help with the process and interpreting, and assist with collecting your report before you leave. If follow-up is needed, we help you stay in touch with the hospital.

需要说明的是：能否约到具体时间、需要做哪些项目、某项检查是否适合你，都由医院和接诊医生评估决定，我们无权也无法替你确定。 One thing to be clear about: whether a slot is available, which items you need, and whether a test is appropriate for you are all decided by the hospital and the treating doctor — not by us.

只对接正规医疗机构Accredited institutions only

我们只对接国内正规三甲医院国际部与合规体检中心，不推荐来路不明的机构。合作网络正在建设中，落地后我们会如实公示。 We work only with the international departments of major public hospitals and compliant check-up centres in China. Our partner network is being built and will be published honestly once agreements are signed.

收费透明，不碰医疗款Transparent pricing

医疗费用你直接付给医院官方渠道，我们不经手。若产生服务费，事先说明、明码标价、出具收据。 You pay medical fees directly to the hospital — we never touch them. Any service fee is explained in advance, priced clearly and receipted.

信息最小化与隐私保护Minimal data, protected

咨询初期只收集必要信息；未经你书面同意，不会把资料提供给任何第三方；你可以随时要求删除你的资料。 We collect only what's necessary at first contact, never share your information without your written consent, and delete it on request at any time.

此外，在签署任何协议之前，你都可以要求：与团队进行一次视频通话、查看营业执照（可脱敏）、或通过医院官方渠道独立核实我们的合作方身份。我们欢迎你这么做。 Before signing anything, you're welcome to ask for a video call with our team, request our business licence (a redacted copy is fine), or independently verify our partners through the hospital's official channels. We encourage it.

以下回答为一般性说明。涉及具体医院、排期、费用与政策的部分，均需按实际情况逐项核实，我们不会用"通常"来替代确认。 These answers are general. Anything about a specific hospital, slot, cost or policy has to be verified case by case — we won't replace confirmation with "usually".

你们是医院吗？是官方机构吗？ Are you a hospital or an official agency?

不是。我们是独立的健康信息与流程协助服务，既不是医院，也不属于政府部门或保险公司。所有医疗服务都由接诊医院提供，我们只负责帮你把前期准备和流程安排清楚。 No. We're an independent information and coordination service — not a hospital, not part of any government body, and not an insurance company. All medical care is provided by the treating hospital. Our role is to help you prepare and navigate.

我为什么不直接联系医院，要找你们？ Why not just contact the hospital directly?

你当然可以直接联系医院。家庭选择我们的原因，是我们帮你处理"联系医院之前"的那些事：判断该找哪一类科室或体检项目、把资料整理成医院方便审阅的格式、用中英文把流程讲清楚，并确保你落地时预约已经确认好。我们是一层信息与协调，医疗本身始终由医院提供。 You're welcome to contact hospitals directly. Families work with us because we handle everything before that point: identifying the right department, preparing your records in a usable format, explaining the process in English, and making sure you arrive with everything booked. We're an information and coordination layer — the hospital always provides the care.

来中国体检或就医，需要什么签证？ What visa do I need to come to China for this?

你需要有效护照，以及与你出行目的一致、并符合你国籍规定的签证。各国规定不同且会调整，请以中国驻当地使领馆或签证中心的最新要求为准。我们能做的是协助确认医院可以出具哪些支持性文件。我们不代办签证，也不对签证结果作任何承诺。 You'll need a valid passport and a visa that matches your trip purpose and your nationality's rules. Rules differ by country and change over time, so please check the latest requirements with the Chinese embassy or visa centre in your country. What we can do is help confirm which supporting documents the hospital can provide. We don't process visas and we don't promise any visa outcome.

要提前多久预约？ How far in advance should I book?

这取决于科室和季节。常规体检通常提前几天到两周可约；专科或需要手术评估的门诊可能需要更长时间。签证办理建议至少提前 4–6 周启动。你把科室方向和计划日期告诉我们，我们去核实真实可约的时间，而不是凭经验猜一个数字。 It depends on the department and the season. Routine check-ups can often be booked days to two weeks ahead; specialist or surgical consultations may take longer. For visas, we suggest starting at least 4–6 weeks before your planned travel dates. Send us the specialty and your dates, and we'll confirm the real availability instead of guessing.

我不会中文，看病怎么办？ I don't speak Chinese — how does that work?

三甲医院的国际部通常配有英文协调人员。如果你需要，我们也可以安排陪诊翻译，陪你完成问诊、填表、缴费和取药。陪诊人员只做翻译和流程协调，不会替你作任何医疗决定。 International departments at major hospitals usually provide English-speaking coordination. If you prefer, we can also arrange a companion-interpreter to join your visit and help with forms, payment queues and pharmacy. They translate and coordinate — they don't make medical decisions for you.

大概要花多少钱？ Roughly how much will it cost?

每个人的情况不同，在医生看过你的资料之前给出一个数字，只会误导你。可靠的路径是：我们帮你约到合适的门诊，医生面诊后由医院出具书面费用预估。咨询本身不收费，也不产生任何义务。 Every case is different, so a number given before a doctor reviews your records would only mislead you. The reliable path is: we help you get the right appointment, and the hospital provides a written cost estimate after the consultation. Asking costs nothing and carries no obligation.

我的保险能报销吗？ Will my insurance cover it?

这完全取决于你的保单条款、它的医疗网络，以及医院是否与你的保险公司有直付协议。请务必在出行前向你的保险公司或持牌经纪确认；医院这一侧是否有直付安排，我们可以帮你核实。我们不处理理赔，报销与否只有你的保险公司能确认。 That depends entirely on your policy, its network, and whether the hospital has a direct-billing arrangement with your insurer. Please confirm with your insurer or licensed broker before you travel; we can check the hospital's side. We don't handle claims — only your insurer can confirm coverage.

陪诊服务具体包含什么？ What exactly does the companion service include?

陪诊通常包括：到院接应、问诊时翻译、协助挂号与填写表单、协助缴费排队与取药，以及流程性说明。不包含：提供医疗意见、替你选择治疗方案、或代你签署任何医疗文件。 A companion typically meets you at the hospital, interprets during the consultation, helps with registration and forms, assists with payment queues and pharmacy, and explains the logistics. It does not include giving medical opinions, choosing treatment for you, or signing any medical document on your behalf.

个人信息处理要点How we handle personal data

信息最小化Minimum necessary 咨询初期我们只收集三项信息：国家/地区、需求方向、计划时间窗。不主动索要护照号、完整病历、证件照片或银行卡信息。 At first contact we ask only for your country/region, your needs and your timeline. We don't ask for passport numbers, full medical records, ID photos or bank details.
用途限定Purpose-limited 你的信息只用于理解需求、协助预约与流程协调，不会用于其他目的。 Your information is used only to understand your needs and coordinate your booking — never for anything else.
移交前必须取得授权Consent before sharing 在把任何信息提供给医院或体检中心之前，我们会先取得你的明确同意，并告知将提供哪些内容。 Before we pass anything to a hospital or check-up centre, we get your explicit consent and tell you exactly what will be shared.
随时可要求删除Deletion on request 你可以随时联系我们要求删除你的资料，我们会按可执行的方式处理并回复确认。 You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We'll handle it as far as technically possible and confirm back to you.
文件单独保管Documents kept separately 如你主动提供病历或报告，我们仅用于协助医生面诊参考，并单独保管，不转发至任何群聊或第三方。 If you send us records or reports, we use them only to support your consultation and store them separately. We never forward them to group chats or third parties.
